These Terms of Service govern your use of the AutoEstimatePro vehicle damage assessment platform. By using our service you agree to these terms.
Use of the Service
AutoEstimatePro provides AI-powered vehicle damage assessment reports for informational purposes. Reports are intended to assist with purchase and repair decisions and are not a substitute for professional inspection. Accuracy depends on the quality of photos and information provided.
Subscriptions and Credits
Report credits are purchased through the platform, and monthly subscription credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Refund requests are reviewed individually and are usually granted — see our Refund Policy for how to ask and how we decide.
Estimates Are Estimates
Every figure in a report — repair cost, labor hours, market value, and the MFB, MRB, and MSB bid ceilings — is a machine-generated projection from the photographs and vehicle data you supply. It is not an inspection, an appraisal, or a guaranteed quote, and no shop, auction, or insurer is bound by it. Damage that is not visible in the photographs you upload cannot be priced; the report flags likely hidden damage but cannot confirm it. You are responsible for the decision to bid, buy, or repair, and for any loss that follows from it.
Accounts and Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to hold an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Share links you generate grant report access to anyone holding them, and distributing such a link is your decision and your responsibility.

Billing and Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected until cancelled. You may cancel online at any time from Settings, without contacting us, and retain access for the remainder of the period already paid for; we do not prorate partial periods. A failed or reversed payment may suspend access until the balance is settled. Prices may change with notice, and any change applies from your next renewal rather than retroactively. Acceptable Use
You may use reports for your own buying, selling, repair, and claims decisions, including sharing an individual report with a partner, lender, shop, or customer. You may not scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract platform data; resell or redistribute reports as a data product; use the service to build a competing assessment tool; or upload images you have no right to submit. We may suspend accounts that do these things.
Third-Party Marketplaces and Affiliate Links
Parts listings, prices, and availability come from third-party marketplaces and change constantly; we present what those sources return at the moment a report is generated and do not warrant that any listing is still live, correctly fitted, or accurately priced. Purchases happen on the seller's site under the seller's terms, and any dispute over a part is between you and that seller. Some parts links are affiliate links — see the affiliate disclosure on our parts pages.
Intellectual Property
All platform content, software, and trademarks are the property of AutoEstimatePro. You may not reproduce or redistribute platform content without written permission. Reports generated from your own photographs are yours to use for your own purposes, subject to the acceptable-use limits above.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost auction opportunities, overpayment on a vehicle, or other indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, for non-payment, or where required by law. Reports already generated remain downloadable until your account data is deleted.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material revisions will be posted on this page, and continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance.
